How do I get to the event?

What do I need to bring with me to the event?

Please bring any marketing materials you wish to distribute and any display items required for your booth. Exhibitor name badges will be available at your stand.

Can I set up my booth before the event?

Yes, exhibitors can set up their booths on the following schedule:
·        Day Before the Event: From 2:00 PM onwards.
·        Day of the Event: From 8:00 AM onwards.

What is the size of my booth?

Your allocated booth space is 2.4 meters (8 feet) wide and approximately 1.1 meters (3.5 feet) deep. Please ensure that your booth setup fits within these dimensions.

Can I bring additional staff to help me at my booth?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring up to five staff members to assist at your booth. If you would like to have more than five, you can purchase additional passes for €85 per person.

How does the Lead Generation Access work?

One week before the event, you will receive an email with login details and download instructions.

The app works on both iOS and Android and can be downloaded directly to your mobile device.

Each team member who requires access will receive unique login details.

How It Works on the Day

Login to the App on your mobile device.

Scan Attendee QR Codes – simply use your phone camera through the app.

Add Notes & Ratings – you can record key details about the conversation immediately.

Offline Functionality – if Wi-Fi is unavailable, the app will still work. All data will sync once      you reconnect.

Exporting Leads – after the event, you can export your leads as a spreadsheet (per user or      consolidated for the team).

How do I order Lead Generation Access

You can book your Lead Generation Access by completeing this form: LEAD GENERATION

The cost of the access is €85 per access

Please complete your order before 30th September 2025, 5pm.

Once you have completed the order form, your invoice will be sent to you. Only fully paid invoices will recieve the Lead Gen Access code and instructions.

What are the electrical requirements for my booth?

The electrical requirements for your booth will depend on the equipment and displays that you will be using. Each exhibitor will have power with access to two sockets per stand.

Can I provide food and drinks at my booth?

Yes, but you need to complete the application form linked and submit it to Maria Borha at maria.borha@gatherandgather.com for approval.

Can I distribute flyers or marketing materials outside of my booth?

Distributing flyers or marketing materials outside of your booth may not be permitted. Please check with the event organisers regarding any restrictions on marketing and promotion.

What is the dress code for exhibitors?

The dress code for exhibitors is usually business attire. Please make sure that you dress appropriately and professionally for the event.

How do I dismantle my booth at the end of the event?

Booth dismantling should only begin after the event officially ends at 4:00 PM. Please ensure all materials are removed and the area is left clean and tidy.
